Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During launches or peak periods, processing may take longer.

Delivery estimates

Estimated transit time is 5–12 business days for standard domestic delivery and 7–20 business days for international delivery after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather or address issues.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email used at checkout. Tracking may take up to 72 hours to display movement.

Address changes

Contact us as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. Once an order enters fulfillment, a change may no longer be possible. Customers are responsible for accurate delivery information.

Customs and duties

International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes and customs charges required by their destination.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, retain the packaging and contact us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos. For a parcel marked delivered but not received, check with household members, neighbors and the carrier before contacting us.
